I need a new routine

    Hi folks,

Sorry about all the spamming of new threads. Haven't logged on in months. I crashed out of the gym 3 years ago as I got totally bored by my routine. I've learned from my mistakes and new experience and I want a total change up. At the minute to get back into it, I've been doing 20 minutes of basic kettle bell work. I'm looking to start fresh by combining two parts of a workout like kettle bells/dumbbell circuits and rowing machine as this will deliver a secondary resistance workout and cardio training in one. Ideally I would be looking for a routine that involves resistance circuits and a guide weight load, will shed fat and improve cardio fitness and maybe a little bit of definition but I really just want to be fit and healthy. I would like to try for a the least technical workout possible so snatches are unfortunately out of the question until I can talk to gym instructor and avoid injury.

My previous kettle bell workout looked like this:

Change order every workout. Complete the circuit and 1 minute's rest. 3-4 rounds. 16kg kettle bell or 2.

    Goblet Squat
Shoulder press (this became kettle bell thrusters with the shoulder press using both arms on one weight)
    Reverse Lunge
    Kettle bell swing
    Plank
    One arm row
    Pushup

Sometimes substituted renegade rows for the row and plank if under time constraints.

Any ideas how I should organise my workout? I would like to add the rower for extra resistance, calorie burn and cardio but I have no idea how to structure either workout for maximum effectiveness.
