And on a lower down note but v important, Chiefs Raiders decides which team still has something to play for this season

Really hope the Titans offense gets going this week, but going to have a tough job against the Cards.

I have to say I fancy the Cards this weekend. Gabbert is doing a decent job and the Titans were terrible last week at home against a really poor team.

Strange period of play. Two turnovers by the Falcons on back to back drives either side of the half

    Three turnovers on three drives!

Feel it’s moving towards the Falcons now though

    Saints getting destroyed by injuries

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,977 ✭✭✭mikemac2

    SNF football will be great!

Both teams have injuries but the loss of Jimmy Smith for the Ravens is huge. First rookie cornerback from Alabama Marlon Humphrey doesn’t get much media coverage realy but has been impressive so far as he got eased into the team with more and more snaps. He graduates to starter now and will face Antonio Brown.

Really. He got murdered by Marvin Jones last week & has an even bigger challenge on Sunday.
Although thats not to say I don't think he can improve. For example Darius Slay was awful in his rookie year for the Lions & now is a top ten cornerback.

I hope I'm wrong but after the game against the seas hawks last week I'm worried about the Rams.

Gonna be fun for Jacoby Brissett in Buffalo today. They're wearing white and it's a blizzard. At least he can have his excuses ready when he can't find his receivers.

The snow in buffalo is insane. The pre game where the commentators talk and you see the stadium behind them. Well you can't see the stadium.

No doesn't look like from what I saw as redzone started.

Well FGs and punts won't be working in buffalo.

Josh Gordon has basically had 3 years off and is playing like he hasn't missed a week.

    Some talent that boy.

    Go on the Browns

Bears actually getting something done on offense. Turns out throwing in first down can be effective.

    Who knew?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

Shady looking like a 25 stone lineman running in the snow

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,004 ✭✭✭✭Realt Dearg Sec

Oh and actually USING Adam Shaheen works too.

Admittedly the Bengals look under prepared, and they're missing tackles on run plays like crazy, but Trubisky when he's let loose looks good, he will be well worth watching next year.

Bengals offense also looking very bad, Dalton very inaccurate.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,004 ✭✭✭✭Realt Dearg Sec

Bears missed a touchdown pass to Shaheen on a 3rd and 1 where they could easily have ran for a first down. I actually really liked the call purely because it was a risk based on wanting to go out and win rather than trying to not lose. Didn't work out but so what? Really refreshing, dunno what has changed but the philosophy is very un-Fox

Perfect punt in the snow game.

Landing the ball on the line where the snow is cleared to get a bounce forward

Just seen the snow game. Looks absolutely hilarious

    TJ Yates for starter :)

I'm expecting a complete overhaul on the coaching front from GB at this point, they've completely lost the team by the look of things.

    vs DAL
    @ PHI
    @ LAC

Raiders' remaining games. Tough ask to make the playoffs.
