    Awaiting sympathy mass cards for 2 weeks now. This is unusual and getting no answer from phone calls over the last few days. Does afnyone have any idea if anything is amiss or what ?

    I think you have posted this in the wrong forum, these boards are for discussion of home entertainment equipment (TVs etc). I would gladly move your query to a more appropriate forum but I'm afraid I don;t have a clue where I should post a query of this kind.
