Have you tried the chat function?

    What's happening with the light?

I got a flood light cam and its great.

I had trouble at the start with wifi connection so I removed a network switch and added a Asus rt n66u which I had lying around. I connected the Asus to my Virgin router in AP mode and works perfectly through wifi.

Couldn't find a chat function, any link?

I love it when it works but for long stages today and this evening I could not connect to live stream or turn lights off

I set WiFi channel to 6 as suggested by FAQ and seems ok for now
Only installed it yesterday so still early days

In the device health status, what rating does it have?

In the app, go to 'Help Center', then 'contact us'
