    Hi,

I am finished a lvl 7 mechanical engineering degree next may and am looking at my options.
I am looking to do a lvl 8 in something similar.

The IT I am in does this degree, however:
My gf is dutch and lives in Holland. Utrecht area. I would like to be able to spend more time with her etc.

Is Holland a feasible option, if I don't speak dutch.
Are many courses delivered through English?
Would Susi cover tuition fees like they do at the moment for me?
