Frampton boxing well but somehow looks a bit 'chunky'.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,140 ✭✭✭RoryMac

Frampton doesn't really look like he wants to be there, going through the motions.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,140 ✭✭✭RoryMac

That was never a knockdown but changes the fight, Frampton needs to up his game

Harsh calling that as a knockdown.

Don't forget Frampton hasn't fought since January, boxnation get it in every round.

Not a knockdown but Frampton needs to push on here now. Not the smartest right now.

Carl not convincing there at all tbh. Looked rusty and score would have been lot closer in a neutral venue. Thought he won ok but not by the judges scores.

And I’m a big Carl fan.

Feel a bit guilty but I'm glad Frampton has struggled tonight, I'm bitter over this Kinahan stuff. He was poor enough I thought, tatics were poor. Jamie Moore is not a good trainer.

Judges generous to Frampton, did enough to win but only just. He may have been a bit complacent going in

Who was in Framptons corner along side Moore ?

Has he links to the Kinahans?

As often is the case, the 98-93 was ridiculous based on what I saw. Frampton may be the better for that fight, but he was in bother there for 3/4 rounds.

Promoted by MTK Global, a boxing management company fronted by Matthew Macklin but finnanced by the Kinahans.
They also manage Paddy Barnes, Jamie & Michael Conlan among many others.

Buncey says he won by 7 rounds to 3. Didnt see the first couple but those numbers still dont add up for me.

His promotional company MTK is basically funded by them. Macklin is the the face but Macklin mate and the man with the money is the head man of the family.

That cartel seems to be coming to an end. There cracking down on them bigtime.

He probably won the first 5, and clearly the last.
That leaves 6-9 which were competitive. So he must have given Garcia 3 of them.

I'd have given Garcia 4 rounds between 5-9 plus he had the knockdown, however debatable. Just think Buncey being a bit generous is all.
