Hi looking to buy a present for a friend into making their own smoothies. Their current machine is cumbersome and heavy and so a neat device is what would suit her.
    What would you people recommend???

Any offers out there... was hoping to pay €50 max on it.

Nutri Ninja is great and on sale for half price in debenhams atm, so around €58. A blender like that is better than a juicer to retain the fibre.

Sure you are making money. I somehow ended up with two nutribullets at home but they are great. Can use it to make pasta sauces, pesto, soup, smoothies, frothing milk for cappuccinos etc.

Banana + peanut butter + soy milk + hemp protein + cocoa powder + agave syrup is my breakfast of champions.

Sauces and smuggling flora and foliage into smoothies for the OH.

No. The one Tar Aldarion linked is a 900W (more powerful) blender with 650m capacity whereas the Argos one is 700W with 470ml capacity.

    But that might be alright.

I'm sure it's grand, sweet upgrade for a tenner though.

We probably use it as much for other things as an all round blitzer as for smoothies. Dead handy way to make drop scone/ pancake batter!
