Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace

With all that's being reported in the media at the minute in relation to Bullying and Harassment, I would be interested in hearing the experience of other teachers on the issue. Our school is currently experiencing horrendous bullying and harassment at the hands of a newly appointed principal.

In my experience the unions ain't great at dealing with principals
Going through grievance procedures step by step is the best advice Id give.
