I had a mild hamstring pull working out about 4 weeks ago,and even with complete rest and icing/ibuprofen it hasnt improved much beyond the 1st week.
Thought it might be worth getting a cortisone shot to help the healing a bit,can a GP do one?

No I didnt think it was necessary in my case since it seems like just a strain,I just went too low on a RDL.
Little/no pain throughout the day right now,I can feel my hamstring feel tight if I move in certain ways but thats it.
I can still barbell squat just fine(i squatted 7 days after the injury but not since) but RDLs are definitely still a no go
