    Anyone have any experience with this??..I was thinking of giving it a go and just wanted to see if anyone could offer some advice before I do??

    I'd say save your money and do the circuits yourself if you want to give it a try. New clothes for an emperor can be expensive.

    You could probably do most of those exercises with dumbbells, a bench and some space on the floor. Aside from the cardio bits anyway.

    Yes its better than nothing and relatively safe but doesnt address many areas i see most people have issues with e.g. mobility, a basic squatting pattern etc

    i see the same issue with classes that are "sh1t soup training" - throw lots of random movements together, call it a circuit (dont forget burpees, half squats and push ups) do said movements for as many reps as possible for 45secs, rest 15secs and repeat for entire class.

    The worst designed program done with incredible consistency will produce results but that doesnt mean its optimal or future proof injury risk
