Try to do as much as possible at home. Am female and pretty light so lifting upto own bodyweight using adjustable dumbbells is doable(am almost there!) I want to do some kettlebell work -I've come across handles on amazon.com that convert a dumbbell to a kettlebell. Anyone have any experience of this ? Don't have room to…
