Another Smart Heating Query

My parents are looking to install a smart thermostat. They currently have an oil boiler Bentone FC4A. They only have one zone - when the boiler is on it heats all the radiators and the water. I'm wondering if there is any of the smart thermostats that would work for them? I liked the idea of the Honeywell Evohome or the Tado thermostats are you can create zones with the radiator trvs.

Would either of these work? Any other recommendations?

Netatmo would work. They also do smart TRVs.
