Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have the very same issue (except with the dipped lights, instead of the parking lights). The OP here hasn't been online recently (I did send a message) but can anyone advise who you'd need to bring it to, or recommend anyone who can deal with this issue? I presume I need an auto…

I presume I need an auto electrician but there's only one I know of locally and he doesn't seem too interested.
