What minimum specs do I need?

I'm on the lookout for a laptop for a 9 and an 11 year old to share. I know there are other similar threads (sorry for repeating), but I didn't want to hijack anyone else's post. They'd be using it to play Minecraft, Roblox and Sims. Other than that it would only be Youtube and basic stuff. I don't have a budget set yet, but obviously the less it costs, the better!

There's such a huge range out there that I'm not sure what's the absolute minimum specs I should be looking for. Like do I really need 8gb of ram, or would 4gb be enough? Do I need to be looking at an i5 or i7, or could I get away with i3 or a pentium of some sort? Will an integrated graphics card be enough or is there something specific I should look for?

Any tips would be most welcome, thank you.
