Wheelchair Association training query

    Hi, interview brewing with Wheelchair Association, training will be manual/people handling, h&s, keeping vulnerable people safe, clamping chairs...
    There seems to be an option to do more training, can anyone advise on useful training to do, I think I'd like to work in special needs area, maybe thru arts n crafts or theatre or physical activity, don't know where to look
