Go into amounts due in financial services on agfood,if its due to be paid to you on the 16th,it should be on it

Amounts due is a separate tab at the top of the page after you go to the financial self services page

Going to the financial self services page by default opens up a list of your most recent paid items

When you see that look up at the top of the page and click on the payments due tab
That will open the page that says your bps is due on October 16th

I’d say some of ye are just looking at the default page and going oh no!
You need to click on that payments due tab up at the top to see if all is ok

Getting it tomorrow, transferred some entitlements to my tenant and thought that would slow it up, went to the dept stand at the ploughing where they told me there was a stop on it alright, I told her to prioritise it, she said she'd be on to it the next day. Had a query the following tuesday and voila payment tomorrow, fair dues to her. Have always said the department of ag aren't the worst

If you hadnt asked you wouldn't have known there was a hold up. It still goes back to a text a few weeks before payment date to say if you are clear for payment or not. It can't be that difficult

Just checked mine and no show. Leased in entitlements this year for spare land and this must be causing it.

You'd only be bringing the rush on the phones forward to the first of October instead of the 16th and maybe slow up more payments because of answering phones.
I wouldn't be bothered only didn't want my tenant held up, it never bothered me before, My payment was a fortnight late last year, happy enough to get it anytime

Wait till some day you have to wait on a payment for over a year through no fault of your own and you will realise how incompetent the department is!

Spoke to them on Friday. There was a small issue but it is sorted now.

My teagasc man did an adjustment to mine too where I'm building the new farm house at the min. I owed 10 euro but paid it maybe a month ago. It showed up on agfood in the financial services. So maybe your in the same boat and that's what's holding it up

I leased in entitlements, had an over claim and had an inspection but its in my account this morning so id say its luck of the draw what date you get paid

I had entitlement transfer not processed, rang me yesterday said should be paid end of week.

In today. There was an issue with an overlapping parcel, they got a letter out at the end of September, I got the reply in and could see my correspondence up online in Agfood. Rang during the week to confirm all OK and got through first time. Very helpful lady told me I was cleared for payment and it would be out within a few days. And it landed today. Have got the runaround before but no complaints this time.
