Too much exercise?

    Hi this week I was unable to exercise after coming down with a bad stomach bug last Saturday, just feeling better today. I was more annoyed that I couldn't get to the gym but while I was off I've come to the conclusion that I have been doing too much exercise, currently I do legs and glutes and abs with 20 minutes sprints at the end, pull day on Tuesday with 20 minutes on the rower alternating between fast and slow, push and core and hiit Wednesday, legs and glutes Thursday with 20 minutes bike sprints, interval run on Friday, full body and hiit Saturday and off Sunday ....... I have a fit bit and average 20000 steps or 15km a day....... Having the week off gave me time to think and I seriously need to reassess. I tend to do too much in everything I do, I can't afford a pt and need to sort this out myself. Funnily enough I need to gain weight and weigh around 52 kg at 5 foot 7. I am addicted to cardio, any advice and what is the minimum amount of cardio I can get away with to gain?. Thanks
