It's from a few years back. Taxi driver complains about the behaviour and parking habits of staff from the Nigerian Embassy, gets into a row with one of them.
He recounts the row to Joe and quotes the gentleman from the embassy, imitating his Nigerian accent.

Joe gets a fright and says............."don't do de accent!"

Unlikely as Cosgrove was FG. I heard that. He was pretty bad, but nowhere near as bad as Shane Coleman who calls Bertie "Iar-Taoiseach" ("Former Taoiseach" to the non-Gaeilgeoirí amongst you). Coleman is like a 15 year old girl at a One Direction concert when interviewing Bertie.
