    need protein in my diet

    i had a shake after my workout today and had a protein bar just there

    How much protein do you get from your diet?

    I've nothing against shakes but they're not something you should be using to prop up a diet that needs to be fixed.

    Not that much, I'd eat a lot of Chicken, Cold meat and stuff which are not ideal (I'll leave at that)

    I struggle with Fruit and Veg, it's more I don't like the texture than the taste. I love smoothies and such

    If you are eating lots of chicken and meat you should be getting lots of protein.
    There's almost no protein in fruit and veg
