So Lo-Cal Kitchen and Cocu are probably the most well known but is there anywhere else (aside from Subway, McDonalds etc) that provide macro information in Dublin?

Freshii and Gourmet Burger Kitchen are two more that spring to mind.

Be aware that some will purposely lie about the calories, usually saying they are less than they are. They presume people want lower calorie meals. I am the opposite looking at them to gauge how big the portions are.

A chipper I go to, with 15 outlets was claiming
"Fish and Chips have only 595 calories in the average portion."

I have weighed bags of chipper chips and compared to calories quoted on frozen "chipper style" chips and they were over 1000kcal for the chips alone.

I think the international chains who are known for consistent portions would be the most trustworthy.

Totally agree rubadub - I remember looking at the Beshoffs calories before and thinking they looked very low for the typical portions I have had in the past!

Camille Thai have calories listed for certain (lower calorie) dishes. No other nutritional info though (unless they have more on their website)

There’s no way those calories are right? Unless they’re talking about it as a raw ingredient before it’s battered and deep fried!!?!! As consumed, those figures are about half of the reality!
