Windows Program to Read Contacts from iTunes Backup

Can anyone recommend a free windows program which will read and display the contacts from an iTunes backup.
Need to be able to see contact name, number and email

I lost a few contacts but don't want to do a restore as I've added a heap more to the phone since the restore. Easier to just manually add the few I need from the old restore file.

They definitely exist, I've tried a few of them but they all want you to pay to view the full contact card details
