Research shows that caffeine can enhance athletic performance by up to 10%.
Monster = caffeine, caffeine=enhanced athletic performance, enhanced athletic performance=fitness and gains and such.

    I've never had Monster.

I'm gonna introduce it as a bench accessory.

What does it taste like? Similar to red bull?

    Awful stuff.

Monster ultra, the white can has zero sugar and calories. It has a fresh slightly carbonated grape fruit juice taste. Best enjoyed chilled. Lovely stuff.

Yep tastes similar to red Bull and and equally bad sleep

Monster gives me Digestive upset, anxiety and insomnia (while coffee does not). Pretty sure none of this helps my fitness level.
