MiXplorer. Only downside is that it's not on the Play Store, so you need to sideload it from link above (or install XDA Labs and install it through that)

Root explorer is the first app I paid money for many years ago, and in many respects it's still the most reliable. I've been using solid explorer a bit lately, but I still find myself going back to root explorer.

I've ES but only used it sparingly. What is the bloat ye are on about? I genuinely haven't really noticed, because I never went too far into it's features.

Solid explorer is what I use on both phone and Nvidia shield (side loaded)

I don't have any issues with es, that I know of, I'm sure my details are already in China by now with the amount of tv and video streaming apps I have on my phone. Don't get any bloat on my actual phone though, maybe because I'm not using the free version?
