Two day split

    Anyone got a good 2 day split.
    I have time for training twice a week at lunch.
    45 minute training time, so needs to be super efficient.
    Thinking of running 531 2 day split, all assistance exercises supersetted.

    My lifts for context:
    Bench 120kg
    Squat, bout 90 now on way back to 150 following injury.
    DL, no idea, haven't done in years and scared of it. Power clean is 90kg. DL pb was 170 years ago.
    OHP 70kh, pb 80kg
