Cleanser/Toner for dry skin

Hi! Firstly, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I have dry skin and need a new cleanser and toner. I used to use Garnier's ones for dry skin, but they changed all their formulas recently to 'naturals', they're basically completely different products, and they make my skin horribly dry. Does anybody have any recommendations for products like the original Garnier's ones? Thanks!

Ziaja do a Goats Milk range, which includes a cleansing and toning milk. I tend to use it as a last step cleanser after the standard Garnier micellar water, and my dry skin loves it. Have a look on originalbeauty.ie for it.

I use Dermalogica Essential Cleanser - it's lovely and creamy and doesn't dry out the skin. Followed by one of their toners (sorry can't remember the name).

The cleanser might be pricier than Garnier but I buy the large 500ml size and that lasts 6-8 months with twice daily use, so it's really good value.

My girl tried Garnier (http://www.garnierusa.com/products/skincare/facial-cleansers.aspx) and Neutrogena (http://www.neutrogena.com/skin/skin-cleansers/deep-clean-facial-cleanser/6806090.html) but best results (she said that) are from Clear Pores (https://www.clearpores.com/ct/298456) , but if you ask me, no matter what of those 3 she was using results look same to me...
