Ebay problem

    Hi.

    I bought a reasonably expensive second hand book yesterday. 80 pounds.

    Its a wedding gift and the wedding is next week.

    I just got an email from the UK seller saying he wont be able to dispatch the book till the 20th. 2 weeks away.

    Would I be within my rights to get a refund before its even dispatched.

    It did say estimated delivery for today.

    First port of call is email the seller and explain the situation. They might be willing to accommodate you, given the situation.
