ADE Optima Compact Malfunctioning...?

    Hi - last night around 4.30am our house alarm activated whine we were all asleep. There are contacts on all the windows & the front & back door. There is also a motion sensor downstairs but that wasn't switched on.

    There was no signs of anyone tampering with any of the windows or doors..... if it wasn't activated by opening a window or door is there any other reason this could happen?

    The alarm is roughly 16 - 17 years old...

    From your explanation you more than likely have a device or two thats faulty on the system.
    Finding these and replacing should solve the issue.
