any Led Zeppelin compilation you can find on Spotify should do the trick

for gym workouts, check out the playlists of a guy called "Mike Montrose"

On a stationary bike? Anything you like.
On the road? Anything you like. That doesn't require headphones.

Exactly. For the same reasons we don't allow deaf people to cycle, and people driving cars must have a microphone outside their car that pipes an audio feed inside for them.

Just to clarify, the person Im asking for is an older gentleman who is finding his exercise(static) bike boring for the 2x5mins per day he is supposed to use it for. He has little computer ability so streaming and the like is beyond his capabilities. That in mind, anymore relevant helpful ideas?

It's trivially easy to download music and put it on a CD for him, though. If you can manage to use boards properly you can do that.

Personally I love bombastic movie scores and similar type of music (Two Steps From Hell, Immediate Music), lord knows if that would be of any interest to him.

Other than suggest Cd's to him, its not my remit to do anything else.

If he has a basket on the bike you might be able to set up a portable grammophone so he could listen to his LPs.

I still have my Sony Walkman I got from Blackboard Jungle. Occasionally gets dusted off and used.

Edit: find out what the person who is going to listen to the music on the bike actually likes. Listening to music you don't like isn't going to motivate someone to use a stationary bike.
