Anybody have a few tips of a circuit type class that I could do myself at home? Basically have no equipment bar about 3 light kettle bells (8, 10 and 12 kg) and a mat.

Would anybody be able to list a few exercises which i could incorporate into a circuit session.

Have you considered Insanity? I guess it depends on what your goals are, but if you're looking to get fit from a circuit training type thing, you can't really beat Insanity.

There is too many variables from this post to give an answer.

1 What's your fitness level? 2. Have you any injuries 3. Are you familiar with exercises eg if someone said '10 reverse lunges',do you know what they are?4. Are you overweight? 5. What is your goals?
