Tips and advice for starting Culinary Arts course?

    So, as the title says really;

    I'm starting a Higher Cert in Culinary Arts in a couple of weeks, I'm fairly excited! Anyone done the course before? Do you start off really simple?

    Does it get fast paced in the kitchen in the course itself?

    Is it difficult? I'm very much so in a position where I've worked hard to even be offered a place, so I do want to be there

    Any advice on starting my journey in the kitchen world? :)

    How was your experience of finding work with this course? How soon etc
