Ul failed repeat

Just wondering what happens if you fail your repeat exam in ul. I'll more than likely fail this exam even though I'm transferring course into second year Law plus from law and accounting it's an accounting module that I just can't understand. Anyway around having to just repeat this module next year? Thanks
