Hey! I scoured the internet and boards to find first hand information on this course but couldn't find any so I apologise in advance if this topic is covered somewhere and I did not see it.

I am currently a secondary teacher looking into doing Masters courses that could help me get into a different career, possibly something creative where I can use my past experiences.

The E-learning Design and Development (MA) seems to fit that bill! However I'm a bit nervous as its all done online. Has anyone done this course that can give me some insight on whether it was a good or bad experience completing a masters online?

It is quite pricey for an online masters and would need to know whether it would set me up to be able to leave teaching afterwards and find other work. I live in Dublin.

Any help or information on this course would be very helpful!

Hi just wondering did you go for this course in the end, I am also a teacher and was thinking of doing this course but as you said I would like to know how good a course it is and is there good employment opportunities after completing it?

It’s quite hard to find any first hand information from people who have done the course!

I think it would be wise to look and see if there are jobs and salary's that will give you a decent return on the investment.
