Hi all, I'm an English teacher but looking to upskill. Thinking of taking on a TEFL course and I'm sure will be good for finding summer work too. Anyways, I can't seem to wrap my head around all the different options. I see CELTA is a good one?? Anyways I'm living in Galway and considering doing it through NUI Galway. They have a year long part time course

Is this a good course and is it widely recognised? It's €1600 so kind of expensive so want to make sure it's worth it!

    Thanks!
