Alflorex? This (Cork-made) probiotic has been recommended to me. I must take for a month to notice any effects, and then take every day. Rather expensive (€30) a box. Does it work?

Well, their website says it has a "unique and patented 35624™ PrecisionBiotic® culture" which immediately sets off a bullshit red alert for me.

Opinions here don't seem to be great.

    Some better opinions here though.

Have you figured out the source of the digestive problems? If you have an intolerance to wheat, gluten, dairy etc no amount of probiotic will help you out

Very effective for gastro issues. Was recommended to a family member by a specialist gastroenteriologist .
