hdmi switch not working

have bought several hdmi switches from ebay but cannot seem to get them working for the sky+hd box. Have only one hdmi inlet on the tv so need to try and fix up some sort of switcher for the ps3 and the sky but he sky does not work. Does anyone know where i can purchase one that will work for the sky
