Sweet jesus like an over four hour journey! Im never traveling with Bus Eireann on that route ever again.Next time i'll use City Link.;) Seriously though i think it's outrageous that there's no toilets on a bus for a journey that's longer than two hours!

Ask the driver to stop. Did that twice, they stopped (was for number 2)...

Ask the bus driver to pull over, they have to do so when it's safe.

Do what I do and go and piss at the exit door, have done that before as there basically should be a toilet there.

Letterkenny - Dublin has no toilet either

I had a few pints in Derry one evening, then took the bus to Donegal. I had to get out after 20 minutes and run to the hedge for a pee... I told the bus driver to go on ahead, and I hitched the rest of the journey after I was done peeing, which felt like about 10 minutes.

Knowing there was a 4 hour journey with no toilet would make me need the toilet even more.

    Nope
Leaving Cork for Galway was their first.

Although in fairness, Galway is one big pissoir, so as soon as you hit Eyre square spray away

Go for a quick slash at the Limerick station stop over. Get yourself a pack of Mentos too from the local tuck shop. They taste better in the ambience of public transport.

Galway is a grand spot.I love Cork a lot but Galway has it's advantages. It doesn't have as many heroin addicts around the place as Cork.Although granted Galway is a much smaller city.

The problem is that it takes nearly two hours to get to Limerick. As has already been suggested you can always ask the driver to pull over. But that's not an easy thing to do if the driver is an asshole.

Why didn't you get city link in the first place? It's way faster.
