I've been trying to find Irish low carb food products but have been hitting a brick wall.
I know there are several Irish run online shops selling low carb stuff, but it all seems to be imported.
Does anyone know of any Irish producers of low carb products?

What do you mean- Irish meat/fish/ eggs are all low carb.
    Can you give an example?

    Low carb granola for example.

There's a load of low carb products available out there, but I'm not seeing any from Irish producers.

Just today I saw paleo granola in Lidl if that's any help? But having eggs in the morning is even more low carb and more nutritious, right? Eggs and rashers could be something you could have in the morning (personally not for me as I don't like rashers). You can keep the morning breakfast quick and easy if you are happy to eat eggs.

I like eggs, but having eggs every single morning for breakfast gets old fast :)

Paleo tends to have less carbs but it's not specifically a low carb diet.
I've seen plenty of paleo products that are high carb and full of sugar.
