HSE Job Evaluation

Has anyone completed the job evaluation application for the HSE clerical grades III to VI? Just looking at it and its 20 pages long and seems to have to be signed off by everyone and their grannies before it can even be submitted. I didn't realise you had to be four years in the samee position! Im 4 years in total as a Grade 3 but this is myvsecond post. Should I just scrap it then and wait until im there 4 years or until there's an open comp for Grade 4s?
