Hi, has anyone tried the linden method with a man called Aaron in Cork for anxiety problems? If so, did it work? I see him posting on Facebook & curious does this method actually work? Thanks. :)

The Linden Method is controversial. "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." They don't have an evidence base.
