    Hi,

    I've recently returned to Dublin and I'm looonh to get fit, mainly put on muscle and get my body fat % down.

    Does anyone have any experience with Zest Fitness or FFS, both on Leeson St in D2? Expensive but possibly worth it. Open to other suggestions too.

    I want to incrae my knowledge and I want some one to push me in the gym and point out if I'm doing exercises incorrectly.

    Please don't tell me look online and figure it out for myself. I want to make a meaningful start back at the gym so I can eventually confident and knowledgable enough to not use a PT.
