Sultanas are bigger and nicer in my opinion

Sultanas. Raisins are drier and harder. I think that's essentially the difference between them.

    Sultana are dried white/green grapes.
Raisins are red/black grapes. That's the difference afaik.

Great , Will stay with raisins then going forward . Is the nutrition value similar in each ?

The sugar content will come down to how dried they are. Generally drier would mean less water more sugar. But the range is probably quite small and no worth worrying about for the few grams worth you are having.
