3995 Mhz ? Irish accents sounds like religious stations.

Tonnes of RFI because I've the satellite box on at the moment. Will plug it out in a while.

Not locally generated noise in house, perhaps thunderstorms in Europe, definitely Irish accent. Band very noisy on the Wed SDR's also.

The signal is actually coming from a transmitter in North-West Germany.They just rebroadcast Life FM Cork.

Yeah I later discovered that. It was actually Brian from LifeFM that contacted me and he was amazed I could pick up the signal !
