Must be the same family as myself. Got the notification of the membership not being paid for then it just lapsed. Think the 12 months would've been January.

Correct, sounds the same as me.

The "c u next tuesday" initally wrote back straight away when I emailed him saying it would be fixed in 24 hours, then went silent for a week.

After multiple attempts by me to get a response he finally got back in touch after I said I have his name, address and other details, then he wanted my revoult details to "refund" me. No way was I giving him my phone number so i told him to take a long walk off a short pier.

If someone genuinely has an issue paying the subscription and communicated it then I've no problem, it's only a few quid, but this pr*ck was obviously trying to pull a fast one and it appears he's done it before.
