Can anyone recommend an exercise dvd for weight loss, something yoga/pilates based maybe? No floor work and has to be approx 60 mins long. If I have to change disk to fill the time, I lose the will to go on.

Have a look at fitness blender, it's not a DVD it's a collection of different workouts so you aren't doing the same thing over and over....and it's free!

Just google it and you'll find their site easily.

Though good luck finding yoga or Pilates that has no floor work for an hour!
