Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi, my renewal is tomorrow and I want to confirm that my direct debit is set up and the amount to be taken out for my first month - I DON'T want the full amount for the year to be taken out of my account.

    I can't get through on the phone. Can a mod get back to me and I will PM registration/policy number?
