    Well to be fair i think he was referring to final appearances. Between 1989 and 2017 they have appeared in 11 finals (including replays) in total and lost 9of them with 2 draws. Realistically though i think they will look back at this decade as a decade that got away on them if they fail to get over the line.

    1989 - Cork
    1996 - Meath (after replay)
    1997 - Kerry
    2004 - Kerry
    2006 - Kerry
    2012 - Donegal
    2013 - Dublin
    2016 - Dublin (after replay)
    2017 - Dublin
