From what I recall, Cian was having a normal teacher / student conversation with her in Vinos when she went in for the kiss. There was no indication anything untoward was going on before the incident. There seems way too little for him to be charged with anything but he could well get the sack.

The dark haired girl must be a bit hard up for a fella - Decco is not exactly a great catch and has admitted his criminal past to her, not to mention the fact his wife is a murderer (!) Unless she is a journalist or has an agenda or something.

yeah journalist - or one of those undercover cops , trying to get something on the bishops or his sister who killed her dad

I actually thought they were going to get rid of Damiens character earlier this year when he went off the rails cutting the dolls from Saoirse and slapping his sister, he seemed on the verge of killing either himself or someone else but then he was just dropped for a few weeks and when he came back, his usual shuffly hand in the pockets and snapping at everyone.
So they brought his character to the brink but never over the edge and it looks now like he will be shuffling around tucking his head into his shoulders forever..:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Desparate useless character altogether. they should have killed him off earlier this year during his breakdown. I don't know why he hangs around, he has nothing to keep him in town anymore.
