We should start a hashtag movement about who we believe!

Orla is really coming into her own.. I finally can see why she feels she's Ireland's Jennifer Aniston.. I don't know how i missed it for so long.

I don't know how long they will draw it out but I think the new Detective is the best thing to happen the show in ages and I'd hate to see him have a short stint.

On a side note, at one point way back Deegan was a plain clothes cop and went back to uniform at some stage, how did that come about, anyone remember?

Can't remember the exact details but it was something to do with him messing up an investigation or making a big mistake and his superior demoted him from a detective to whatever he is now.

I thought the scene with Robbie and Sean was very good.

Still believe Karen killed herself. We already know it was not Sean. Doubt it is Oisin, very much doubt it is Carol, Decco, Kerri Ann, Wayne or Orla either. Anyone else is too absurd. The only capably murderous character in the current FC is in prison isn't he plus he never had anything to do with Karen (Miriam is his obsession).

The other possibility is manslaughter. I do not believe characters like her mother (Aoife) would murder her but she could get into a fight over things and fall onto a knife or screwdriver or scissors (wasn't Karen seen chopping up her clothes earlier?). Still believe she did it to herself though but if it was the result of an accident after a struggle, then who would be involved? Not Sean or Wayne. Oisin is too obvious. Orla is an outside possibility too.

The three stooges are coming up with a great plan aren't they? Miriam is gonna send herself to a mental hospital  great plan, three clowns letting oakley doakley control them from the inside  how about just ignoring ya bunch of saps! yer wan could just complain to the law society that he's threatening her and making phone calls from inside and that would be that ffs.

I think Oisin goaded Karen, and he followed her back to Orla's and Wayne's, probably stole a house key from Karen (think she still had one?), and wrote SLUT in lipstick to tease her further. I believe it threw Karen over the edge and she stabbed herself.
Oisin turned pale when he heard Karen was dead, and was suddenly aware of the detrimental consequences of his actions.
This appears like a suicide attempt to me.
Unless Ciaran has suddenly returned out of the blue??? Could Oakley have something to do with it??

They are gone mad drinking coffees out of those glasses, seem you can be served them everywhere.

Anyone spot Oisin in the last scene tonight When Robbie was talking to Paul in Vinos, Oisin was just standing in the back just staring at the wall, you’d think he’d at least just pretend to be washing some cups or something, looks so stupid.

I do have one fear if this was a murder and it will be dragged out for ages and we'll have to endure a story of the murderer holding it over Wayne/Orla for moving the body/cleaning up he crime scene.

That's pretty much it I'd think. What you describe is typical Oisin. But Oisin is no more a murderer than Sean so what you say about Karen killing herself after being goaded by Oisin is pretty much what has happened I'd say.

As for Ciaran: he'd hardly have any connection to Karen and he ain't no killer either. When he tried to kill Katy, he could not go through with it. Or even with Emmett despite his hatred for him. Oakley of course could kill her but I do not see a motive as of yet. Would not trust Oakley even behind bars!

My son was slagging me (as usual) for watching FC, he laughed at the idea of Wayne calling his son Junior and raised a very puzzling question - How come no-one ever calls their daughter Junior ? I can't think of anyone, has anyone ever heard of a female Junior.

I believe it has only ever referred to fathers and sons (might be something to do with businesses or property or land being passed from father to son).

I have never heard of any such person being referred to solely as 'Junior' though. It's meant to be an affectionate nickname used occasionally, not their actual first name.

I posted this in the old thread. We have a ram and one of it's lambs is a bit of a pet and we called him Junior.

I initially thought when we found out KA was preggers that they'd give her a bump way too early. Looks like they've gone the opposite way and aren't giving her a bump at all.

It is only used when father/son have the same name. So in this example.. Wayne and Wayne Junior which is shortened to Junior. My uncle is referred to as Junior by all our extended family, it is not his name but he has the same name as my grandfather.

I remember when 'Junior' was in hospital though, even the hospital staff were referring to him as that, which seemed very odd. They'd surely refer to him by the name written on his chart.

I dont like the way Orla goes right up close to Wayne face when she's having words ....if that was the other way around it would not be exceptable. ..( fair enough do that now during worry of a murder but otherwise no)
