Im on these Multivitamins and they are packed full of vitamins, now they have this horrid smell when you open up the packet and take them out of the foil packaging and a horrible taste when on the tongue and the taste comes back if you burp a while later. I cannot explain it but maybe someone who takes vitamins know what smell/taste I am on about.
I think its one of the B vitamins but I am not sure which one.

Don't smell the packet, drink plenty of water with each one and swallow them quickly.

Capsules are usually better than pressed tablets for taste.

If you skimp on water taking them your more likely to have reflux and taste them again.

B12 has a bit of an odd, yeasty, smell but nothing too bad in my opinion.

You could just stop taking multivitamins because they're pointless. If you have a diagnose deficiency then consider supplementation.

I personally feel better after taking them .. unless its placebo, it could be that as well I suppose - seem to get less colds as well these days, and if i do not as bad
