Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mechanical Design Software

    Hi All,

Just wondering if people could share their opinions on the various mechanical design softwares available.
We are involved in design and installation of systems that would incorporate hydronic piping, ductwork, AHU's etc. and really want to work with a software that we could use to pull all that together.
Off the top of my head theres Revit MEP (expensive and steep learning curve), Hevacomp (heard people have lots of issues), MPDS4 (not very well known and with not a lot of tutorial available).
Any views on the above or can you suggest other programmes worth looking at. Ideally not too difficult to learn as its not something we'll be working on all day everyday.

    TIA
